Thomas E. Williamsen - Founder & President

As founder and President of Chasebrook Company, Thom has been in the business of retail commercial real estate since 1982. Prior to starting Chasebrook, Thom started with the Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas. Thom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Finance and later his MBA from Northwestern University. Christopher F. Webb - Vice President

Chris has been with Chasebrook since 1994. He started as a runner for Chasebrook while working on his undergraduate and graduate degree in Master of Architecture from the University of Utah. Currently Chris is responsible for masterplanning projects, securing entitlements and designing and managing the architecture and construction of each project. Travis Williamsen - Property Manager

With over 5 years of management experience in customer and vendor relations, Travis has built relationships with many different people over the years. Travis is currently responsible for property managment, lease pricing, marketing and creating this website. Travis graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Business Marketing. Travis enjoys spending time with his family, running, boating and traveling in his spare time.

Jay Larsen - Construction Manager

Jay has been with the company 5 years and currently is finishing up his degree in Construction Management from Weber State University. Jay oversees the tenant improvement buildouts, existing building maintanence and assists Chris with the new building processes. Nicole Nelson - 

Nicole joined Chasebrook back in 2006. Jill Cowling - Property Manager/Leasing 

Jill comes to us with a great amount of experience in property management, leasing and accounting. Jill is a licensed real estate agent and graduated from Ricks College. She oversees the leasing, property managment and adminstrative work of the office. In her spare time, Jill likes to listen to music, enjoy time with friends and family and loves to travel.
